Q1: What is the minimum and maximum amount of time I can rent a room for? 
A1:  The minimum rental term is 6 months. There is no maximum. Rental periods for under 6months attract an additional 30% of rental price.

Q2: Can I keep renting after my contract ends?
A2:  Yes, after the contract ends you can rent week to week.

Q3: What happens if you can't drive the room into my preffered final spot?
A3: There is another option of a crane or you may be able to remove a fence to let the room get through. 

Q4: Do I need council approval?
A4: Every council is different so its best to find out the rules in your own area. 

Q5: How does the power work?
A5: The power runs out of a normal power point on the side of the room similar to a caravan. All our rooms are fitted with surge protectors and fire alarms. 

Q6: Do the rooms come with furniture?
A6:  We don’t provide beds or any other furniture. 

Q7: Can you deliver on weekends?
A7: We usually deliver Monday to Friday but we may be able to organise a time to suit your needs just ask one of our friendly staff.

A8: You can Phone us on 1300 7666 2 8 during business hours to make an appointment to view our rooms, we can usually organise for some one to meet you to show you through our buildings at a suitable time for you.
